LinkedTube allows you to input your YouTube video ID, add the link you wish to promote & chose the button, headline & subline text. Once done, you grab the embed code given and you get the following:

As you can see it looks quite impressive & it can help to improve click through rates. The one drawback there is, is that it shows the embed code after someone clicks your link, which is, for want of a better word, rather ugly.
